RETURNS POLICY

The purpose of FRATELLI ROSSI is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal, without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on www.fratellirossi.it. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date of their receipt. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

The return authorization request must be correctly completed and sent to the Seller within 14 working days from the delivery date.
